Tripple S Group
Approach
Our approach prioritised empathy, clarity, accessibility, and usability, recognising that users often navigate complex decisions related to disability services, eligibility, and support pathways.
By balancing warmth with structure, the digital experience was designed to feel calm, inclusive, and professional while maintaining organisational credibility and trust.
Clear typography, restrained visual language, and structured navigation were applied to reduce cognitive load and help users quickly access relevant information.
Context and Challenge
The existing digital presence no longer reflected the organisation’s scope, professionalism, or evolving service offering.
Key challenges included:
• Fragmented content that made services and support pathways difficult to understand
• Navigation that did not clearly guide users toward eligibility information or enquiry pathways
• Limited mobile performance affecting accessibility for participants and carers
• An inconsistent user experience across devices and touchpoints
The platform needed to function as more than an informational website. It needed to operate as an accessible and reliable extension of the organisation’s support services.
Platform Strategy
Service Led Information Architecture
Content was restructured around clear service categories and user pathways, enabling visitors to understand support offerings and next steps with minimal friction.
Refined Brand Expression
A restrained visual system was developed to communicate trust, professionalism, and inclusivity while remaining approachable for a broad audience.
Accessible Navigation and User Pathways
Navigation was simplified to provide direct access to services, resources, contact pathways, and key participant information.
Responsive and Accessibility Focused Design
Layouts were optimised across desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure consistent access, readability, and usability across all devices.
Stakeholder Alignment and Structured Delivery
High fidelity prototypes and structured planning processes were used to align stakeholders on compliance, structure, and user experience prior to development.
Outcome
The platform now delivers a composed, accessible, and professional digital experience for participants, families, carers, and support coordinators.
Key outcomes included:
• Improved clarity around disability and community service offerings
• Simplified enquiry and contact pathways
• Accessible and responsive layouts across devices
• Reduced complexity for participants navigating support information
• Stronger alignment between the organisation’s digital presence and operational professionalism
Most importantly, the website now functions as a calm and reliable digital extension of Tripple S Group’s services, supporting trust, accessibility, and meaningful connection within the NDIS framework.
